Char joined the ATLAS team in November of 2024 as Women's Mentor Coordinator. After her retirement from serving families through PACT for Families Collaborative, she wanted to continue relationship-building and  has found ATLAS to be a great fit!  She lives in Willmar with her husband Rick.  Together they enjoy biking on their tandem, following the Minnesota Twins, and most of all spending time with their grandchildren!  They have two married daughters and an adult son, and four grandkids to dote on. She is thankful to be part of the ATLAS team!

Doug joined the Atlas team in March of 2023 as the Men’s Mentor Coordinator. He is married to Barb and they have lived around the Willmar area all their lives. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Over the years Doug has been a leader at his church with small groups, family ministry and men's ministry. He now serves on staff part-time as the Director of Care where he helps share the love of Christ with people in life’s struggles. Every man needs authentic male relationships to grow in their walk with Jesus and to become a stronger spiritual leader of their family. Doug will strive to guide men to be more Godly men, loving husbands and effective fathers through Atlas’ ministry.  

Juanita joined the ATLAS team in February of 2023. She grew up in Willmar and loves her community. She and her husband, Travis have three rambunctious boys. She has a passion for numbers, animals, children and helping those in need. Her servant heart is such a blessing to the people around her. She has extensive experience in the business and accounting world along with administration. She has also been mentored through ATLAS which has helped her grow in her relationship with Jesus and deepen her faith, which led her to want to help others and work for ATLAS.
